Instructions
- 1Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
- 2Season the pork belly pieces with salt and black pepper, mixing well to coat evenly.
- 3Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 3 minutes.
- 4Place the seasoned pork belly pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- 5Cook at 200°C (390°F) for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicharrón is crispy and golden.
- 6Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
