Ingredients

  • 1600 g Chicken breast(600g)
  • 2120 ml Honey BBQ sauce(150g)
  • 3300 g Macaroni pasta(300g)
  • 4100 g Cheddar cheese(100g)
  • 5120 ml Milk(120g)
  • 630 g Butter(30g)
  • 75 g Parsley(5g)
  • 82 g Salt(2g)
  • 91 g Black pepper(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1Boil the macaroni pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
  2. 2In a saucepan, melt butter and add milk and cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  3. 3Mix the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and cook in a pan until fully cooked.
  5. 5Add honey BBQ sauce to the cooked chicken and stir until evenly coated.
  6. 6Divide the mac and cheese and BBQ chicken into meal prep containers.
  7. 7Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
