1Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water.
2Chop bacon and cook in a pan with a little oil until crispy.
3In a blender, combine avocados, basil, lemon juice, remaining roasted garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and about 1/4 cup pasta water. Blend until smooth, adding more pasta water if needed.
4Add lemon zest to the sauce.
5Combine cooked pasta, bacon, chopped tomatoes, and sauce. Toss well.
