  • 51 tablespoon oregano(3g)
  • 61 teaspoon black pepper(2g)
  • 71 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 80.25 cup white vinegar(60g)
  • 98 garlic cloves(24g)

Instructions

  1. 1Peel and crush the garlic cloves.
  2. 2Finely chop the hot pepper, bell pepper, and onion.
  3. 3In a bowl, combine the bitter orange juice, white vinegar, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
  4. 4Add the chopped vegetables and crushed garlic to the bowl.
  5. 5Mix everything well until combined.
  6. 6Cover and let the sauce rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
