- 80.25 cup white vinegar(60g)
- 98 garlic cloves(24g)
Instructions
- 1Peel and crush the garlic cloves.
- 2Finely chop the hot pepper, bell pepper, and onion.
- 3In a bowl, combine the bitter orange juice, white vinegar, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
- 4Add the chopped vegetables and crushed garlic to the bowl.
- 5Mix everything well until combined.
- 6Cover and let the sauce rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
