- 11 cup rice(185g)
- 22 cup water(480g)
- 33 cup milk(720g)
- 41 cup sugar(200g)
- 50.25 cup condensed milk(80g)
- 60.5 teaspoon cinnamon(1g)
Instructions
- 1Add 1 cup of rice to a pan.
- 2Pour in 2 cups of water, cover, and cook over medium heat until the rice is fully cooked and soft.
- 3Once the water is absorbed, lower the heat and add 3 cups of milk.
- 4Stir gently and let it simmer so the rice releases its starch and becomes creamy.
- 5In a separate pan, add 1 cup of sugar over medium heat. Do not add water.
- 6Let the sugar melt slowly until it turns into a smooth, golden caramel.
- 7Carefully add the caramel to the rice mixture in small amounts, stirring constantly so it blends perfectly without hardening.
- 8Keep cooking until the pudding thickens and looks glossy and rich.
- 9Turn off the heat and serve warm.
- 10Optionally, finish with condensed milk or a touch of cinnamon.
