  • 280 g erythritol(80g)
  • 325 g dark chocolate chips (sugar-free if desired)(25g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) static mode.
  2. 2In a clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites until they start to foam.
  3. 3Gradually add the erythritol while continuing to beat until stiff, glossy peaks form.
  4. 4Using a spoon or piping bag, form small cloud shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5Sprinkle a few chocolate chips on each cloud.
  6. 6Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
