- 280 g erythritol(80g)
- 325 g dark chocolate chips (sugar-free if desired)(25g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) static mode.
- 2In a clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites until they start to foam.
- 3Gradually add the erythritol while continuing to beat until stiff, glossy peaks form.
- 4Using a spoon or piping bag, form small cloud shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 5Sprinkle a few chocolate chips on each cloud.
- 6Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
- 7Turn off the oven, open the door slightly, and let the clouds rest inside for 5 minutes to prevent deflating.
- 8Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
