1Slice the baguette and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 7 minutes.
2Slice the pear thinly and sauté on both sides in butter with the sugar until soft.
3Remove the baguette from the oven and spread with cream cheese. Top with the pear slices, sprinkle with Dorblu cheese and walnuts. Drizzle with honey before serving.
