Red Velvet Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- 2Add eggs, melted butter, vanilla, red velvet gel food coloring, and brown sugar. Mix well.
- 3Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- 4Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 5Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- 6Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- 7Spread softened butter over the dough. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon powder for filling.
- 8Roll up the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- 9Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- 10Pour heavy cream over the rolls.
- 11Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes until golden.
- 12For the frosting, beat cream cheese, heavy cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- 13Spread frosting over warm rolls before serving.
