  • 81 bell pepper(120g)
  • 91 jalapeno(15g)
  • 106 clove fresh garlic(18g)
  • 112 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce(30g)
  • 124 tablespoon butter(56g)
  • 132 ounce au jus gravy mix(56g)
  • 141 packet Lipton onion soup mix(28g)
  • 152 cup vegetable broth(480g)
  • 161 cup water(240g)
  • 171 cup mushrooms(70g)

Instructions

  1. 1Place bone-in pork chops in the crockpot.
  2. 2Add garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and southern seasoning. Toss to coat pork chops evenly.
  3. 3Add chopped onion, chopped celery, chopped bell pepper, chopped jalapeno, and chopped fresh garlic.
  4. 4Pour in Worcestershire sauce, melted butter, au jus gravy mix, Lipton onion soup mix, vegetable broth, and water.
  5. 5Stir all ingredients together to combine.
  6. 6Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
  7. 7If desired, add mushrooms and cook for 1 more hour.
  8. 8Serve pork chops over mashed potatoes and spoon extra gravy on top.
