Crockpot Smothered Pork Chops

- 15 pound bone-in pork chops(2268g)
- 21.5 tablespoon garlic powder(13g)
- 31 teaspoon black pepper(2.5g)
- 41 teaspoon smoked paprika(2.5g)
- 51 tablespoon southern seasoning(8g)
- 61 onion(120g)
- 74 rib celery(160g)
- 81 bell pepper(120g)
- 91 jalapeno(15g)
- 106 clove fresh garlic(18g)
- 112 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce(30g)
- 124 tablespoon butter(56g)
- 132 ounce au jus gravy mix(56g)
- 141 packet Lipton onion soup mix(28g)
- 152 cup vegetable broth(480g)
- 161 cup water(240g)
- 171 cup mushrooms(70g)
- 186 serving mashed potatoes(900g)
Instructions
- 1Place bone-in pork chops in the crockpot.
- 2Add garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and southern seasoning. Toss to coat pork chops evenly.
- 3Add chopped onion, chopped celery, chopped bell pepper, chopped jalapeno, and chopped fresh garlic.
- 4Pour in Worcestershire sauce, melted butter, au jus gravy mix, Lipton onion soup mix, vegetable broth, and water.
- 5Stir all ingredients together to combine.
- 6Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
- 7If desired, add mushrooms and cook for 1 more hour.
- 8Serve pork chops over mashed potatoes and spoon extra gravy on top.
