  • 1450 g ground chicken(450g)
  • 22 large eggs(100g)
  • 30.5 cup grated parmesan cheese(50g)
  • 41 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
  • 51 teaspoon Italian seasoning(2g)
  • 60.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 70.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 80.5 cup pizza sauce(125g)
  • 91 cup grated mozzarella cheese(110g)
  • 1020 slice turkey pepperoni slices(40g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, eggs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
  3. 3Transfer the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press it into a thin, even circle or rectangle.
  4. 4Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden and firm. Let it rest for 5 minutes to set.
  5. 5Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
  6. 6Spread pizza sauce evenly over the chicken crust, then top with mozzarella cheese and turkey pepperoni slices.
