Ingredients

  • 1200 g pasta(200g)
  • 24 garlic cloves(16g)
  • 32 tablespoon butter(28g)
  • 42 tablespoon chili oil(30g)
  • 50.5 teaspoon salt(3g)

Instructions

  1. 1Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2Peel the garlic cloves by covering them with boiling water for 1 minute, then remove the skins.
  3. 3Finely chop or mince the peeled garlic.
  4. 4In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. 5Add the chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. 6Add the chili oil to the pan and stir to combine.
