Chili Oil Garlic Butter Pasta
Ingredients
- 1200 g pasta(200g)
- 24 garlic cloves(16g)
- 32 tablespoon butter(28g)
- 42 tablespoon chili oil(30g)
- 50.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
Instructions
- 1Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2Peel the garlic cloves by covering them with boiling water for 1 minute, then remove the skins.
- 3Finely chop or mince the peeled garlic.
- 4In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- 5Add the chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- 6Add the chili oil to the pan and stir to combine.
- 7Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat evenly with the garlic butter chili oil sauce.
- 8Season with salt to taste and serve immediately.
