Instructions
1Grate the carrots and squeeze them firmly in a muslin cloth to remove as much water as possible.
2Mix carrots, paneer, 30g mozzarella, corn flour, yogurt, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper until it forms a dough-like consistency. Adjust yogurt as needed.
3Divide the mixture into small balls.
4Grease your sandwich grill with a little oil. Flatten the balls into thin circles directly on the grill.
5Cook for 7-10 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the patty feels firm to the touch.
