Ingredients

  • 1150 g Carrots, grated(150g)
  • 2150 g Low-fat Paneer, grated(150g)
  • 390 g Mozzarella, grated (for binding and topping)(90g)
  • 422 g Yogurt(22g)
  • 520 g Corn flour(20g)
  • 62 g Cumin powder(2g)
  • 73 g Salt(3g)
  • 81 g Black pepper(1g)
  • 95 g Oil (for greasing)(5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Grate the carrots and squeeze them firmly in a muslin cloth to remove as much water as possible.
  2. 2Mix carrots, paneer, 30g mozzarella, corn flour, yogurt, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper until it forms a dough-like consistency. Adjust yogurt as needed.
  3. 3Divide the mixture into small balls.
  4. 4Grease your sandwich grill with a little oil. Flatten the balls into thin circles directly on the grill.
  5. 5Cook for 7-10 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the patty feels firm to the touch.
