1Prepare the ganache: Whisk egg yolks with brown sugar and heavy cream in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

4Prepare the brownie: Whisk eggs with powdered sugar. Add cocoa powder, almond flour, and butter. Mix until smooth, then stir in chocolate chips.
5Pour brownie batter into a round mold and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes. Let cool.
6For the decoration: Melt the chocolate and spread onto a flat surface. Once it starts to set, use a comb to create fine lines. Cut out a circle slightly larger than the brownie.
7To assemble: Place the brownie on top of the set ganache. Gently lift the chocolate circle and place it on top of the brownie, pressing gently so it adheres.
