  • 21 packet Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix(40g)
  • 30.5 cup Breadcrumbs(60g)
  • 41 Egg(50g)
  • 50.25 cup Worcestershire sauce(60g)
  • 61 teaspoon Garlic paste(5g)
  • 71 teaspoon Onion powder(3g)
  • 81 teaspoon Garlic powder(3g)
  • 92 tablespoon Butter(28g)
  • 101 Onion(110g)
  • 111 Green bell pepper(120g)
  • 120.25 cup Flour(30g)
  • 131 cup Beef broth(240g)
  • 141 cup Water(240g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic paste, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  2. 2Mix until well combined and shape into 8-10 burger patties.
  3. 3Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and sear until browned on both sides. Remove patties and set aside.
  4. 4In the same skillet, melt butter. Add sliced onion (and green bell pepper if using) and sauté until soft.
  5. 5Sprinkle flour over the onions and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. 6Gradually whisk in beef broth and water, stirring until smooth and thickened.
  7. 7Return the patties and any juices to the skillet. Simmer in the gravy on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  8. 8Serve hot over mashed potatoes or rice.
