Instructions
- 1Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes.
- 2Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.
- 3Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- 4Dip each chicken piece into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- 5Thread the breaded chicken pieces onto wooden skewers.
- 6Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 7Cook the skewers, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
