Ingredients

  • 14 potatoes(800g)
  • 22 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
  • 31 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 40.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
  2. 2Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick chips.
  3. 3Rinse the chips in cold water and pat dry with a towel.
  4. 4Place the chips on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. 5Season with salt and black pepper, then toss to coat evenly.
  6. 6Spread the chips out in a single layer on the tray.
  7. 7Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  8. 8Serve hot.
