- 14 potatoes(800g)
- 22 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
- 31 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 40.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
- 2Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick chips.
- 3Rinse the chips in cold water and pat dry with a towel.
- 4Place the chips on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
- 5Season with salt and black pepper, then toss to coat evenly.
- 6Spread the chips out in a single layer on the tray.
- 7Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- 8Serve hot.
