- 12 piece chicken breast(300g)
- 22 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
- 31 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 40.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 52 clove garlic(6g)
- 63 piece potatoes(450g)
- 72 tablespoon butter(28g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
- 4Peel and cut potatoes into chunks.
- 5Place potatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- 6Add seared chicken breasts and garlic cloves to the baking dish.
- 7Dot potatoes with butter.
- 8Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- 9Serve hot.
