Ingredients

  • 12 piece chicken breast(300g)
  • 22 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
  • 31 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 40.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 52 clove garlic(6g)
  • 63 piece potatoes(450g)
  • 72 tablespoon butter(28g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. 2Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
  4. 4Peel and cut potatoes into chunks.
  5. 5Place potatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6Add seared chicken breasts and garlic cloves to the baking dish.
