High Protein Crispy Cheeseburger Rolls

- 1090 ml Worcestershire sauce(90g)

- 14150 g Cooked and diced beef bacon(150g)

Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) or prepare air fryer.
- 2Dice the brown onion, garlic cloves, and jalapeño or pickles.
- 3In a large pan over medium heat, add diced onion and cook until softened.
- 4Add extra lean beef mince, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Cook until beef is browned.
- 5Add diced garlic, jalapeño or pickles, and a splash of pickle juice. Stir to combine.
- 6Pour in Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, reduced sugar ketchup, and light mozzarella. Mix until well combined.
- 7Add cooked and diced beef bacon (or turkey/regular bacon) and mix thoroughly.
- 8Warm the tortillas. Place a portion of the beef mixture onto each tortilla.
- 9Top each with a little extra light mozzarella, 30g light grated cheddar cheese, and 30g burger sauce.
- 10Roll each tortilla tightly to form rolls.
- 11Spray the rolls lightly with cooking oil.
- 12Place rolls on a baking tray or in the air fryer basket. Bake or air fry until crispy and golden brown (about 10-15 minutes).
- 13For the burger sauce: In a bowl, mix light mayonnaise, low sugar ketchup, yellow mustard, grated pickle, pickle juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Adjust to taste.
- 14Serve immediately or store in the fridge or freezer for meal prep. Reheat before eating.
