Easy Corn Arepa with Salt
Ingredients
- 13 cup Corn flour(360g)
- 22 cup Whole milk(480g)
- 32 cup Coconut milk(480g)
- 41 teaspoon Salt(6g)
- 51 can Evaporated milk(315g)
- 62 tablespoon Butter(28g)
- 72 tablespoon Sugar(25g)
- 81 cup Grated coconut(80g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- 2In a large bowl, combine the corn flour, salt, sugar, and grated coconut.
- 3Add the whole milk, coconut milk, and evaporated milk to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.
- 4Melt the butter and add it to the mixture. Stir until fully incorporated.
- 5Pour the batter into a greased 26 cm baking mold.
- 6Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 7Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
