Ingredients

  • 11 package Flaky biscuit dough(340g)
  • 21 cup Freshly shredded mozzarella(113g)
  • 30.5 cup Pepperoni(56g)
  • 40.5 cup Pizza sauce(120g)
  • 51 clove Garlic(3g)
  • 61 tablespoon Parsley(4g)
  • 72 tablespoon Butter(28g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into small circles.
  3. 3Place a small amount of pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni in the center of each circle.
  4. 4Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges to form mini calzones.
  5. 5Melt butter and mix with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
  6. 6Brush the tops of the calzones with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. 7Place calzones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. 8Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. 9Let cool slightly before serving.
