Ingredients
- 11 package Flaky biscuit dough(340g)
- 21 cup Freshly shredded mozzarella(113g)
- 30.5 cup Pepperoni(56g)
- 40.5 cup Pizza sauce(120g)
- 51 clove Garlic(3g)
- 61 tablespoon Parsley(4g)
- 72 tablespoon Butter(28g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into small circles.
- 3Place a small amount of pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni in the center of each circle.
- 4Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges to form mini calzones.
- 5Melt butter and mix with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
- 6Brush the tops of the calzones with the garlic butter mixture.
- 7Place calzones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 8Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- 9Let cool slightly before serving.
