Ingredients

  • 23 large eggs(150g)
  • 32 tablespoon vanilla extract(26g)
  • 40.42 cup milk(100g)
  • 50.67 cup oil(150g)
  • 6340 g flour(340g)
  • 712 g baking powder(12g)
  • 80.25 teaspoon salt(1.5g)
  • 90.5 cup coconut flakes(40g)
  • 100.25 cup sugar (for coating)(50g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, beat sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
  3. 3Add vanilla extract, milk, and oil. Mix well.
  4. 4Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  5. 5Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
