- 90.5 cup coconut flakes(40g)

Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2In a large bowl, beat sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
- 3Add vanilla extract, milk, and oil. Mix well.
- 4Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- 5Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
- 6Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- 7While still warm, roll the cake.
- 8Coat the rolled cake with coconut flakes and sugar.
- 9Let cool, then store in an airtight container or ziplock bag overnight for best texture and flavor.
