- 40.25 cup cheddar cheese, grated(30g)
- 52 tablespoon maple syrup(40g)
- 63 patty pork herb sausage meat patties (90% pork)(180g)
- 72 piece Belgian waffle(160g)
Instructions
- 1Cook the back bacon rashers on a griddle or frying pan until browned and cooked through.
- 2Cook the sausage meat patties in a pan until fully cooked and browned on both sides.
- 3Prepare or heat the large hash brown until crispy and golden.
- 4Toast or warm the Belgian waffles.
- 5Place one Belgian waffle on a plate as the base.
- 6Layer the cooked sausage patties on the waffle.
- 7Sprinkle half of the grated cheddar cheese over the sausage patties.
- 8Place the giant hash brown on top of the cheese.
- 9Add the cooked back bacon rashers over the hash brown.
- 10Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- 11Drizzle maple syrup over the stack.
- 12Top with the second Belgian waffle to complete the sandwich.
