Ingredients

  • 12 cup all-purpose flour(250g)

  • 31.5 cup granulated sugar(300g)
  • 41 cup brown sugar(220g)
  • 50.75 cup cocoa powder(75g)
  • 61 cup chocolate chips(170g)
  • 73 eggs(150g)
  • 82 teaspoon vanilla extract(10g)
  • 91 teaspoon baking powder(4g)
  • 100.5 teaspoon salt(3g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. 2Prepare the brownie batter: In a bowl, mix 0.75 cup cocoa powder, 1 cup granulated sugar, 0.5 cup brown sugar, 0.5 cup melted butter, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir in 1 cup flour and 0.5 teaspoon salt until combined.
  3. 3Prepare the cookie dough: In another bowl, cream 0.5 cup butter with 0.5 cup granulated sugar and 0.5 cup brown sugar. Add 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix in 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 0.5 teaspoon salt. Fold in 1 cup chocolate chips.
