Ingredients

  • 1200 g young gouda cheese(200g)
  • 2200 g beef carpaccio(200g)
  • 31 tablespoon vegetable oil(14g)
  • 42 tablespoon teriyaki sauce(34g)
  • 51 tablespoon sesame seeds(9g)
  • 68 skewers

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the young gouda cheese into sticks.
  2. 2Wrap each cheese stick with a slice of beef carpaccio.
  3. 3Thread the wrapped cheese onto skewers.
  4. 4Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. 5Cook the skewers, turning occasionally, until the beef is just cooked.
  6. 6Near the end of cooking, brush the skewers with teriyaki sauce.
  7. 7Sprinkle sesame seeds over the skewers before serving.
