- 1200 g young gouda cheese(200g)
- 2200 g beef carpaccio(200g)
- 31 tablespoon vegetable oil(14g)
- 42 tablespoon teriyaki sauce(34g)
- 51 tablespoon sesame seeds(9g)
- 68 skewers
Instructions
- 1Cut the young gouda cheese into sticks.
- 2Wrap each cheese stick with a slice of beef carpaccio.
- 3Thread the wrapped cheese onto skewers.
- 4Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 5Cook the skewers, turning occasionally, until the beef is just cooked.
- 6Near the end of cooking, brush the skewers with teriyaki sauce.
- 7Sprinkle sesame seeds over the skewers before serving.
