Nutella Puff Pastry Triangles (Sfogliatine)
Ingredients
- 11 roll Puff pastry(250g)
- 24 tablespoon Nutella(80g)
- 32 tablespoon Milk(30g)
- 41 Egg(50g)
- 51 tablespoon Melted butter(14g)
- 62 tablespoon Powdered sugar(16g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2Roll out the puff pastry and divide it into four rectangles.
- 3On each rectangle, make vertical cuts halfway through the dough.
- 4Brush each rectangle with melted butter.
- 5Fold each rectangle in half.
- 6Spread Nutella on one side and fold to form a triangle, sealing the edges.
- 7Place the triangles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 8Brush the tops with beaten egg or milk.
- 9Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- 10Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
