Ingredients

  • 11 roll Puff pastry(250g)
  • 24 tablespoon Nutella(80g)
  • 32 tablespoon Milk(30g)
  • 41 Egg(50g)
  • 51 tablespoon Melted butter(14g)
  • 62 tablespoon Powdered sugar(16g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2Roll out the puff pastry and divide it into four rectangles.
  3. 3On each rectangle, make vertical cuts halfway through the dough.
  4. 4Brush each rectangle with melted butter.
  5. 5Fold each rectangle in half.
  6. 6Spread Nutella on one side and fold to form a triangle, sealing the edges.
  7. 7Place the triangles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  8. 8Brush the tops with beaten egg or milk.
  9. 9Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. 10Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
