Ingredients

  • 11 Carrot(70g)
  • 21 cup Broccoli(90g)
  • 31 Bell pepper(120g)
  • 42 tablespoon Soy sauce(30g)
  • 51 tablespoon Olive oil(14g)
  • 62 clove Garlic(6g)

Instructions

  1. 1Wash and slice the carrot, broccoli, and bell pepper.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. 3Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. 4Add carrot, broccoli, and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. 5Add soy sauce and stir well to coat the vegetables.
