Simple Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 11 Carrot(70g)
- 21 cup Broccoli(90g)
- 31 Bell pepper(120g)
- 42 tablespoon Soy sauce(30g)
- 51 tablespoon Olive oil(14g)
- 62 clove Garlic(6g)
Instructions
- 1Wash and slice the carrot, broccoli, and bell pepper.
- 2Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 3Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4Add carrot, broccoli, and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- 5Add soy sauce and stir well to coat the vegetables.
- 6Cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat and serve.
