Chicken Wrap with Greek Yogurt and Sabana Cheese

- 11 piece Chicken breast(200g)
- 21 teaspoon Paprika(2g)
- 30.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
- 41 tablespoon Butter(14g)
- 50.5 cup Greek yogurt(120g)
- 60.5 piece Avocado(75g)
- 71 tablespoon Parsley, finely chopped(4g)
- 81 teaspoon Dijon mustard(5g)
- 92 slice Sabana cheese(40g)
- 100.5 teaspoon Curry powder(1g)
- 110.5 teaspoon Lemon zest(1g)
- 121 tablespoon Lemon juice(15g)
- 131 teaspoon Honey(7g)
- 141 piece Wrap (tortilla)(60g)
Instructions
- 1Slice the chicken breast in half and season with paprika and salt.
- 2Cook the chicken in a pan, basting with butter until fully cooked.
- 3Shred the cooked chicken.
- 4In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, diced avocado, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, paprika, curry powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, and honey.
- 5Add the shredded chicken to the yogurt mixture and mix well.
- 6Place a slice of Sabana cheese on the wrap.
- 7Add the chicken and yogurt mixture on top of the cheese.
- 8Top with another slice of Sabana cheese.
- 9Roll up the wrap tightly and seal.
- 10Serve immediately.
