- 10.5 cup Almonds(75g)
- 20.5 cup Cashews(70g)
- 30.25 cup Pistachios(30g)
- 40.25 cup Pumpkin seeds(30g)
- 50.25 cup Sunflower seeds(30g)
- 61 cup Dates (pitted)(150g)
- 72 tablespoon Water(30g)
- 81 tablespoon Ghee (clarified butter)(14g)
- 92 tablespoon Dark chocolate(20g)
- 101 tablespoon Pumpkin seeds (for garnish)(7g)
Instructions
- 1Dry roast the almonds, cashews, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds in a pan for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
- 2Grind the roasted dry fruits and seeds coarsely in a grinder and set aside.
- 3Add the pitted dates and water to a grinder and blend into a smooth paste.
- 4Heat ghee in a pan, add the date paste, and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
- 5Add the ground dry fruits and seeds to the date mixture and mix well until combined.
- 6Transfer the mixture to a mold, tray, or plate and press it down evenly.
- 7Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle over the top of the mixture.
- 8Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top for garnish.
- 9Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes until set.
- 10Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
