Ingredients

  • 10.5 cup Almonds(75g)
  • 20.5 cup Cashews(70g)
  • 30.25 cup Pistachios(30g)
  • 40.25 cup Pumpkin seeds(30g)
  • 50.25 cup Sunflower seeds(30g)
  • 61 cup Dates (pitted)(150g)
  • 72 tablespoon Water(30g)
  • 81 tablespoon Ghee (clarified butter)(14g)
  • 92 tablespoon Dark chocolate(20g)
  • 101 tablespoon Pumpkin seeds (for garnish)(7g)

Instructions

  1. 1Dry roast the almonds, cashews, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds in a pan for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
  2. 2Grind the roasted dry fruits and seeds coarsely in a grinder and set aside.
  3. 3Add the pitted dates and water to a grinder and blend into a smooth paste.
  4. 4Heat ghee in a pan, add the date paste, and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
  5. 5Add the ground dry fruits and seeds to the date mixture and mix well until combined.
  6. 6Transfer the mixture to a mold, tray, or plate and press it down evenly.
  7. 7Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle over the top of the mixture.
  8. 8Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top for garnish.
  9. 9Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes until set.
  10. 10Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
