Ingredients

  • 11 cup white chocolate(170g)
  • 20.5 cup hot water(120g)
  • 32 drop pink food coloring(0.1g)
  • 41 drop white food coloring(0.05g)

Instructions

  1. 1Place the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
  2. 2Pour the hot water over the white chocolate.
  3. 3Whisk the mixture until it is smooth and fully combined.
  4. 4Add the pink food coloring and whisk until the color is evenly distributed and smooth.
  5. 5Add a little white food coloring to reduce transparency and whisk again until smooth.
  6. 6Let the ganache cool slightly, then drip it onto a cold cake for a beautiful, smooth finish.
