- 20.5 cup hot water(120g)
- 32 drop pink food coloring(0.1g)
- 41 drop white food coloring(0.05g)
Instructions
- 1Place the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
- 2Pour the hot water over the white chocolate.
- 3Whisk the mixture until it is smooth and fully combined.
- 4Add the pink food coloring and whisk until the color is evenly distributed and smooth.
- 5Add a little white food coloring to reduce transparency and whisk again until smooth.
- 6Let the ganache cool slightly, then drip it onto a cold cake for a beautiful, smooth finish.
