- 40.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
- 51 teaspoon Garlic powder(3g)
- 62 cup Cooked rice(370g)
- 71 cup Frozen mixed vegetables(130g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- 2Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- 3Cook chicken breasts in the skillet for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- 4Remove chicken from skillet and slice.
- 5Add frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- 6Stir in cooked rice and heat through.
- 7Serve sliced chicken over the rice and vegetable mixture.
