Ingredients

  • 40.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
  • 51 teaspoon Garlic powder(3g)
  • 62 cup Cooked rice(370g)
  • 71 cup Frozen mixed vegetables(130g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. 3Cook chicken breasts in the skillet for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
