Ingredients
- 1400 g Ladyfinger biscuits or any available biscuits(400g)
- 2200 g Mascarpone cheese or any unsalted cheese(200g)
- 32 tablespoon Powdered sugar(16g)
- 41 small cup Instant coffee (Nescafe) or any coffee you like(60g)
- 51000 g Onion(1000g)
Instructions
- 1Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs.
- 2In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and a small cup of prepared coffee until smooth.
- 3Gradually add the biscuit crumbs to the cheese mixture and mix until a dough forms.
- 4Shape the mixture into small balls.
- 5Chill the tiramisu balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- 6Note: Onion is listed but not used in the recipe. Omit if not desired.
