  • 1200 g spaghetti(200g)
  • 22 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
  • 31 shallot(30g)
  • 41 tablespoon chili crisp oil(14g)
  • 51 tablespoon chili crisp(14g)
  • 64 clove garlic(12g)
  • 74 tablespoon cream cheese(60g)
  • 81 cup pasta water(240g)
  • 91 tablespoon smoky paprika(7g)
  • 100.25 cup parsley(15g)
  • 110.25 cup parmesan cheese(25g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. 2While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. 3Add diced shallot and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
  4. 4Add diced garlic, chili crisp oil, and chili crisp. Sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  5. 5Add cream cheese to the pan and stir until melted and combined.
  6. 6Pour in the smoky paprika and reserved pasta water. Stir to create a creamy sauce.
