Chef's Special Creamy Chili Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1200 g spaghetti(200g)
- 22 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
- 31 shallot(30g)
- 41 tablespoon chili crisp oil(14g)
- 51 tablespoon chili crisp(14g)
- 64 clove garlic(12g)
- 74 tablespoon cream cheese(60g)
- 81 cup pasta water(240g)
- 91 tablespoon smoky paprika(7g)
- 100.25 cup parsley(15g)
- 110.25 cup parmesan cheese(25g)
Instructions
- 1Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- 2While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 3Add diced shallot and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
- 4Add diced garlic, chili crisp oil, and chili crisp. Sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- 5Add cream cheese to the pan and stir until melted and combined.
- 6Pour in the smoky paprika and reserved pasta water. Stir to create a creamy sauce.
- 7Add the drained spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- 8Add more cream cheese if desired for extra creaminess.
- 9Stir in chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
- 10Serve immediately.
