Ingredients

  • 12 cup cooked shredded chicken(280g)
  • 20.5 cup buffalo sauce(120g)
  • 30.5 cup cream cheese(115g)
  • 41 cup shredded cheddar cheese(113g)
  • 512 slider buns(420g)
  • 62 tablespoon butter(28g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. 3Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking tray.
  4. 4Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns.
  5. 5Place the top halves of the buns over the chicken mixture.
  6. 6Brush melted butter over the tops of the buns.
  7. 7Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  8. 8Serve warm.
