Ingredients

  • 12 cup rotisserie chicken meat(280g)
  • 20.5 block cream cheese(113g)
  • 31 packet ranch seasoning(28g)
  • 41 cup buffalo sauce(240g)
  • 52 cup shredded cheese (sharp cheddar and pepper Jack)(200g)
  • 61 pizza crust(250g)
  • 71 cup shredded cheese (for topping)(100g)
  • 81 tablespoon dried parsley(2g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, mix together the rotisserie chicken meat, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, and 2 cups of shredded cheese.
  3. 3Roll out the pizza crust onto parchment paper.
  4. 4Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the pizza crust, leaving some room on the edges.
  5. 5Carefully roll up the crust, using the parchment paper to help, and pinch the seams and ends closed.
  6. 6Place the rolled stromboli seam side down on a baking sheet.
  7. 7Top with 1 cup of shredded cheese and sprinkle with dried parsley.
  8. 8Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
  9. 9Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
