Buffalo Chicken Stromboli
Ingredients
- 12 cup rotisserie chicken meat(280g)
- 20.5 block cream cheese(113g)
- 31 packet ranch seasoning(28g)
- 41 cup buffalo sauce(240g)
- 52 cup shredded cheese (sharp cheddar and pepper Jack)(200g)
- 61 pizza crust(250g)
- 71 cup shredded cheese (for topping)(100g)
- 81 tablespoon dried parsley(2g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2In a large bowl, mix together the rotisserie chicken meat, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, and 2 cups of shredded cheese.
- 3Roll out the pizza crust onto parchment paper.
- 4Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the pizza crust, leaving some room on the edges.
- 5Carefully roll up the crust, using the parchment paper to help, and pinch the seams and ends closed.
- 6Place the rolled stromboli seam side down on a baking sheet.
- 7Top with 1 cup of shredded cheese and sprinkle with dried parsley.
- 8Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
- 9Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
