Ingredients
- 1250 g flour(250g)
- 20.5 sachet baking powder(6g)
- 31 pinch salt(0.5g)
- 460 g soft butter(60g)
- 560 ml sunflower oil(55g)
- 6120 g sugar(120g)
- 71 teaspoon vanilla sugar or vanilla essence(4g)
- 82 eggs(100g)
- 970 g plain yogurt(70g)
- 10150 ml milk(150g)
- 11100 g milk chocolate table(100g)
- 12100 g Nutella(100g)
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, mix the soft butter, sunflower oil, sugar, and vanilla.
- 2Add the eggs and incorporate the yogurt and milk while mixing.
- 3Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until smooth. Fold in chopped chocolate.
- 4Spoon a bit of batter into each muffin tin. Top with extra chocolate pieces and crushed peanuts.
- 5Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 6Once out of the oven, add a small dollop of Nutella on top.
