Instructions
- 1In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chicken broth, eggs, fish sauce (if using), and salt.
- 2Whisk the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- 3Remove any air bubbles from the surface for a smooth top.
- 4Cover the bowl with a microwave-safe plate.
- 5Place the bowl in a steamer pot.
- 6Steam for 10 to 13 minutes, depending on the size and depth of the bowl, until the eggs are set and silky.

- 8Garnish with soy sauce and chopped green onions before serving.
