  • 40.25 teaspoon salt(1.5g)
  • 51 teaspoon soy sauce(5g)
  • 61 tablespoon green onions(6g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chicken broth, eggs, fish sauce (if using), and salt.
  2. 2Whisk the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  3. 3Remove any air bubbles from the surface for a smooth top.
  4. 4Cover the bowl with a microwave-safe plate.
  5. 5Place the bowl in a steamer pot.
