- 32 celery stalks(80g)
- 41 carrot(60g)
- 52 garlic cloves(10g)
- 62 tablespoon Cajun seasoning(14g)
- 74 cup chicken broth(960g)
- 81 cup milk(240g)
- 92 tablespoon butter(28g)
- 101 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 110.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Peel and dice the potatoes, onion, celery, and carrot.
- 2Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- 3Add onion, celery, carrot, and garlic. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 4Stir in Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- 5Add potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- 6Mash some of the potatoes in the pot for a creamier texture.
- 7Stir in milk and heat through, but do not boil.
- 8Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
