Ingredients

  • 14 potatoes(800g)
  • 21 onion(150g)
  • 32 celery stalks(80g)
  • 41 carrot(60g)
  • 52 garlic cloves(10g)
  • 62 tablespoon Cajun seasoning(14g)
  • 74 cup chicken broth(960g)
  • 81 cup milk(240g)
  • 92 tablespoon butter(28g)
  • 101 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 110.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1Peel and dice the potatoes, onion, celery, and carrot.
  2. 2Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. 3Add onion, celery, carrot, and garlic. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4Stir in Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5Add potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
