Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoon butter(28g)
  • 21 shallots(30g)
  • 32 tablespoon all-purpose flour(16g)
  • 41 tablespoon grainy mustard(15g)
  • 51 cup Guinness beer(240g)
  • 61 cup heavy cream(240g)
  • 71 cup Irish cheddar cheese(113g)
  • 81 cup cheddar cheese(113g)
  • 91 teaspoon sriracha(5g)
  • 1012 ounce orchetti pasta(340g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the orchetti pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. 3Add the chopped shallot and cook until softened.
  4. 4Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to form a roux.
  5. 5Add the grainy mustard and pour in the Guinness beer, stirring constantly.
