Ingredients

  • 10.5 cup Greek yogurt(120g)
  • 20.5 cup Cottage cheese(110g)
  • 31 cup Almond flour(96g)
  • 40.25 cup Sugar-free chocolate chips(45g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. Mix until smooth.
  2. 2Add almond flour to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  3. 3Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  4. 4Shape the dough into a log on a piece of parchment paper.
  5. 5Twist the ends of the parchment paper to seal the log.
  6. 6Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
