4-Ingredient Cookie Dough Log
Ingredients
- 10.5 cup Greek yogurt(120g)
- 20.5 cup Cottage cheese(110g)
- 31 cup Almond flour(96g)
- 40.25 cup Sugar-free chocolate chips(45g)
Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. Mix until smooth.
- 2Add almond flour to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- 3Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
- 4Shape the dough into a log on a piece of parchment paper.
- 5Twist the ends of the parchment paper to seal the log.
- 6Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- 7Slice and serve.
