Ingredients
- 1500 g Chicken breast(500g)
- 20.5 cup Yogurt(120g)
- 32 tablespoon Lemon juice(30g)
- 43 Garlic cloves(15g)
- 52 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
- 61 teaspoon Paprika(2.3g)
- 71 teaspoon Salt(6g)
- 80.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1.2g)
- 91 teaspoon Sumac(2g)
Instructions
- 1Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes.
- 2In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, and sumac.
- 3Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- 4Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- 5Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- 6Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- 7Serve hot with your choice of sides.
