Ingredients

  • 1500 g Chicken breast(500g)
  • 20.5 cup Yogurt(120g)
  • 32 tablespoon Lemon juice(30g)
  • 43 Garlic cloves(15g)
  • 52 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
  • 61 teaspoon Paprika(2.3g)
  • 71 teaspoon Salt(6g)
  • 80.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1.2g)
  • 91 teaspoon Sumac(2g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, and sumac.
  3. 3Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. 4Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. 5Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  6. 6Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
