Philly Cheesesteak Sliders
Ingredients
- 112 slider buns(420g)
- 2450 g thinly sliced beef steak(450g)
- 31 green bell pepper(120g)
- 41 yellow onion(110g)
- 58 provolone cheese slices(160g)
- 62 tablespoon butter(28g)
- 71 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
- 80.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 90.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.6g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and set aside.
- 3Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 4Add sliced onions and green bell pepper; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 5Add thinly sliced beef steak to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned.
- 6Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish.
- 7Spread the cooked beef, onions, and peppers evenly over the buns.
- 8Top with provolone cheese slices.
- 9Cover with the top halves of the slider buns.
- 10Brush melted butter over the tops of the buns.
- 11Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
- 12Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.
