Ingredients

  • 112 slider buns(420g)
  • 2450 g thinly sliced beef steak(450g)
  • 31 green bell pepper(120g)
  • 41 yellow onion(110g)
  • 58 provolone cheese slices(160g)
  • 62 tablespoon butter(28g)
  • 71 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
  • 80.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 90.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.6g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and set aside.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4Add sliced onions and green bell pepper; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5Add thinly sliced beef steak to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned.
  6. 6Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish.
  7. 7Spread the cooked beef, onions, and peppers evenly over the buns.
  8. 8Top with provolone cheese slices.
  9. 9Cover with the top halves of the slider buns.
  10. 10Brush melted butter over the tops of the buns.
  11. 11Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
