1Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp, season with black pepper and paprika, and cook until the shrimp just turn pink. Remove the shrimp from the skillet to avoid overcooking.
3In the same skillet, add the dried chile de árbol (if using), minced garlic, and sliced onion. Sauté for about 1 minute.
4Add the broccoli florets and julienned carrot to the skillet. Add a splash of water, cover, and steam for about 8 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Pour in the Maggi seasoning sauce, soy sauce, and maple syrup (or honey). Mix everything well.
6Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and add more Maggi seasoning sauce to taste. Cover and cook for 1 more minute.
7Serve hot and enjoy your Chinese-style spaghetti with shrimp.
