- 11 kg Chicken(1000g)
- 2500 g Tomatillo(500g)
- 33 Green chili pepper(60g)
- 41 bunch Cilantro(30g)
- 50.5 cup Pumpkin seeds(70g)
- 64 leaves Lettuce(40g)
- 70.5 Onion(40g)
- 82 cloves Garlic(8g)
- 92 tablespoon Vegetable oil(28g)
- 101 teaspoon Salt(6g)
Instructions
- 1Boil the chicken in water with salt until fully cooked.
- 2Roast the tomatillos, green chili peppers, onion, and garlic until slightly charred.
- 3Blend the roasted vegetables with cilantro, lettuce, and pumpkin seeds until smooth.
- 4Heat vegetable oil in a pot and pour in the blended sauce.
- 5Cook the sauce for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- 7Serve hot with rice or tortillas.
