Ingredients

  • 11 kg Chicken(1000g)
  • 2500 g Tomatillo(500g)
  • 33 Green chili pepper(60g)
  • 41 bunch Cilantro(30g)
  • 50.5 cup Pumpkin seeds(70g)
  • 64 leaves Lettuce(40g)
  • 70.5 Onion(40g)
  • 82 cloves Garlic(8g)
  • 92 tablespoon Vegetable oil(28g)
  • 101 teaspoon Salt(6g)

Instructions

  1. 1Boil the chicken in water with salt until fully cooked.
  2. 2Roast the tomatillos, green chili peppers, onion, and garlic until slightly charred.
  3. 3Blend the roasted vegetables with cilantro, lettuce, and pumpkin seeds until smooth.
  4. 4Heat vegetable oil in a pot and pour in the blended sauce.
  5. 5Cook the sauce for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  7. 7Serve hot with rice or tortillas.
