1In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, yogurt, vegetable oil, and water. Mix and knead until a dough forms and no more loose flour remains.
2Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
3Divide the dough into 7 to 8 pieces, approximately 85 grams each.
4Roll out each dough piece into a disc about 5mm thick.
5Place mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough disc, then form and seal the dough into a ball.
6Roll out the cheese-filled dough balls to about 1.5cm thick.
7Cook the cheese-filled dough on a pan over low to medium heat until browned or toasted on both sides.
8Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by mixing melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
9Once the bread is cooked, remove from the pan and brush with the prepared butter glaze.
