- 11 cucumber(350g)
- 22 tablespoon fresh chives(6g)
- 31 shallot(30g)
- 41 tablespoon crème fraîche(30g)
- 51 tablespoon fromage blanc(30g)
- 62 tablespoon vinegar(30g)
- 71 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
- 80.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 90.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
Instructions
- 1Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 2Slice the cucumber into thin rounds using a mandoline.
- 3Place the cucumber slices in a bowl and press them with clean hands to remove excess water.
- 4Finely chop the chives and shallot.
- 5In a separate bowl, mix the crème fraîche, fromage blanc, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- 6Add the chopped chives and shallot to the sauce.
- 7Combine the drained cucumber slices with the sauce and mix well.
- 8Serve chilled.
