  • 22 tablespoon fresh chives(6g)

  • 41 tablespoon crème fraîche(30g)
  • 51 tablespoon fromage blanc(30g)
  • 62 tablespoon vinegar(30g)
  • 71 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
  • 80.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 90.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
  2. 2Slice the cucumber into thin rounds using a mandoline.
  3. 3Place the cucumber slices in a bowl and press them with clean hands to remove excess water.
  4. 4Finely chop the chives and shallot.
  5. 5In a separate bowl, mix the crème fraîche, fromage blanc, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
