Instructions
- 1Season the chicken breast with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, chicken seasoning, and hot paprika.
- 2Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- 3Cook the chicken in the mixture until done, then shred.
- 4Mix diced onion, tomato, and chopped cilantro with salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice for the Pico de Gallo.
- 5Combine mayonnaise, cooking cream, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic powder, and hot sauce for the sauce.
