Ingredients
- 1500 g Beef steak(500g)
- 21 piece Green bell pepper(150g)
- 31 piece Red bell pepper(150g)
- 41 piece Onion(100g)
- 560 ml Soy sauce(60g)
- 62 clove Garlic(10g)
- 715 g Cornstarch(15g)
- 810 g Sesame seeds(10g)
- 9600 g Cooked white rice(600g)
Instructions
- 1Slice the beef steak into thin strips.
- 2Cut the green and red bell peppers and onion into strips.
- 3Add beef, bell peppers, onion, soy sauce, and minced garlic to the crockpot.
- 4Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until beef is tender.
- 5Mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the crockpot to thicken the sauce.
- 6Serve the pepper steak over cooked white rice.
- 7Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
