Alum Stone External Rinse

Ingredients

• 11 piece alum stone(50g)
• 22 cup water(480g)

Instructions

1. 1Dissolve the alum stone in 2 cups of water. Let it sit for about 20 minutes.
2. 2Take a shower as usual.
3. 3After showering, rinse the external genital area with the alum water. Do not use internally.
4. 4Let the area air dry and do not rinse off the alum water.
5. 5It is recommended to do this at night so the solution can work overnight.
