Ingredients

  • 11 organic lemon (whole, with peel, pith, and seeds)(120g)
  • 21 cup filtered water(240g)
  • 31 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil(13.5g)
  • 41 teaspoon raw unfiltered honey(7g)
  • 51 teaspoon fresh ginger(5g)
  • 60.5 teaspoon organic ceylon cinnamon(1.3g)

Instructions

  1. 1Wash the whole organic lemon thoroughly.
  2. 2Cut the lemon into pieces, keeping the peel, pith, and seeds.
  3. 3Add the lemon pieces to a blender.
  4. 4Pour in 1 cup of filtered water.
  5. 5Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
  6. 6Add 1 teaspoon of raw unfiltered honey.
  7. 7Add 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger.
  8. 8Add 0.5 teaspoon of organic ceylon cinnamon.
  9. 9Blend all ingredients for at least one minute until smooth.
  10. 10Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
  11. 11Pour 4 ounces (about half the recipe) into a glass and drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
