Creamy Leek Chickpeas & Chicken
Ingredients
- 11 piece Chicken breast(150g)
- 21 cup Chickpeas(165g)
- 31 piece Leek(90g)
- 40.25 cup Cream(60g)
- 51 cup Kale(50g)
- 62 tablespoon Parmesan cheese(20g)
Instructions
- 1Slice and sauté leek in a pan.
- 2Add chickpeas and cream, simmer until thickened.
- 3Cook chicken breast and slice.
- 4Steam or sauté kale.
- 5Serve creamy leek chickpeas topped with chicken and parmesan, with kale on the side.
